Bon Appetit: Posh Food for the Hunt on the Beach

The Tigger House team is toasting to fall flavors and a  British inspired menu. Sophisticated, pragmatic and bold–the food for the hunt is sure to appeal to even the most refined pallet. We have an entire team on our committee overseeing the foods that will be served October 6.

Our team is working closely with their chefs to compose an elegant selection of pass-arounds. British inspired dishes along with crowd pleasing favorites will fill plates with colorful, bold selections of fine food.

26 West Restaurant of Red Bank has generously decided to donate a selection of posh hor de’oeuvre’s to our Fourth Annual Infinity Gala. Guests will be met with signature autumn mule drinks. This year we will unveil a custom design long-table where a feast of charcuterie and pastries will decorate the surface. The Cheese Cave of Red Bank, Sickle’s Market, Wegman’s Shoprite Tuscany and CostCo have all generously agreed to donate to the charcuterie table.

An open bar and a wide selection of drinks are complimentary and refreshingly autumn. After  dinner, we will end the night with fresh mulled cider and donuts. Lusty Lobster & Doug Dowdy are offering their famous raw bar for the fourth year in a row.

A special thanks to our other generous donors: WindMill will be serving their mouth-watering hot dogs, cheese fries, chili fries burgers & veggie burgers from 6pm-12. Baravino’s will be serving their signature hearty meatballs. A pop up station by Catch 19 with ANGRY shrimp and lobster will be served on the hand. Harold’s Deli is preparing their famous sandwiches–from pastrami to roast beef and much more. Last but certainly not least, the blonde shallot will be serving their seasonal salads–with edamame, beets and goat cheese. Brando’s and Osteria are also offering their coveted signature dishes.
